September Cheese Farm is Located in Honey Brook, PA. It’s a family owned and operated facility that employs about 12 people. There are samples available, but remember to bring some gluten-free pretzels to taste some of their other product offerings (mustards, dips, bologna, etc.). The highlight was the chocolate fudge cheese and the cheddar cheese curds. We even came home with some mozzarella shaped like spaghetti and some old-fashioned candy for the kids. Even thought I BYOP (brought my own pretzels), they did have gluten-free crackers for sale. There is even a window and video to watch and learn about the cheese making process. It’s been around for about 5 years and they are building a new facility right down the street from their current location.
